How Do I Sign Up my Child/Children?
Just enter your child/children's name on the form below with all the information available. Once filled out, we will contact you within the next few days of the information received.

How Many Children Can I sign Up?
You can sign up to 5 children per family. We are asking that if they are not your family, please don't sign them up. Have their parents sign them up directly on this website.

Do I Have To Be Present on Sunday, Dec. 22nd at 5:00 p.m. To Receive The Toys-4-Tots?
Yes. We will be giving out all toys given to Victory Outreach Heart on that day. We do not hold on to any toys ourselves. We want every child in attendance to receive a toy.

What's the age limit for Toys-4-Tots?
We are able to distribute toys for children ages 1 - 12 years of age. We do not have toys for older children always available. This is why it is first-come, first-serve on that day.
