For over 40 years Victory Outreach Church in the Heart of the Bay has been dedicated to one one goal - reaching the people of the inner-cities. It has only been possible through the generosity of God's people. Through your systematic support and generous sacrifice,
we have been able to impact a dying world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
